Direction.
Studio.rh is the multidisciplinary art & design studio of Rob Hildreth.
I’ve dedicated myself to a career fuelled by creative curiosity, critical thinking and meticulous design to craft meaningful and engaging ways to bring brands, environments and people together, connecting the mind with the heart. A belief that creativity is the courage question, the conviction to doubt, the power to change and the confidence to move. Design isn’t embellishment, it’s a path in which we evolve and navigate the world.
Driven by a passion to create a space where creativity can thrive without the distraction of ego and noise, where the client always has a direct and personal connection with the creative throughout the entire process, gaining not just a service provider, but a dedicated and honest person in their corner. A collaborative process that strips away the nonsense and noise, allowing creativity to thrive and craft meaningful and effective outcomes.

It’s 1999, the millennium bug, GCSEs and an uncertain future loom ominously. I’m a mop haired, parka clad, moddy britpopper, my art teacher (Michael Jackson) hands me a camera and a cassette tape, one side is The Velvet Underground and the other is Spiritualized, and the rest is history.
I’m a hands-on creative, I love to use analog mediums because they awaken the senses, they’re warm and human by nature and build trust. Creating people-centric design is something that’s important to me, having people find humanity and joy in the work I create is why I do this.
Currently my partner and I are what some may call digital nomads, we gave up our rented home for a life of slow travel and a constant source of new experiences and inspiration. We love to walk through new cities and absorb the sights and sounds, the architecture, the people, the small scenes of everyday life.
I love to meet new people and talk about music, culture, my Lambretta scooters and of course design, above all else I love to be helpful.
